Louie Richard Chronister, 77, of Union Twp., Douglassville, PA passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at ManorCare Pottstown. Born in Macomb, IL, he was the son of the late Burl Aaron Chronister and the late Louise Ruth (Aleshire) Chronister. He was the widower of Carol Jo (Crouch) Chronister.
Louie worked in the I.T. Department for Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was an avid church goer, taught Sunday School in church for many years, and loved his family. He was a member of Spring City Regeneration Church and was a previous member of Grace Assembly of God.
Surviving Louie are: 2 sons: Benjamin Chronister of Butler, PA, Andrew Chronister of Terre Haute, IN; 1 daughter: Amanda Kumiega of Pottstown, PA; 1 sister: Jann Belford of Divernon, IL; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
A visitation will be held at Spring City Regeneration Church, 45 N. Church St. Spring City, PA 19475 on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 12:30pm-1:00pm, with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 1:00pm.
