Kenneth A. Imes, Sr.

Kenneth A. Imes, Sr. passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in the Mifflin Center after a medical battle.
Ken was 65 years old. Born in Pottstown on November 15, 1955, he was the youngest son of the late E. Robert Imes and Elizabeth Imes, who just turn 100. In addition to his mother, Ken is survived by an older brother, Robert L. Imes husband to Cheryl, Limerick. He also has two children Kenneth A. Imes Jr., husband of Michelle (Guldner), Birdsboro, and Cathy Sue Imes, Birdsboro. Ken was blessed with five grandchildren Tylor, Timothy, Jacob, Jonathan, and Lorelei. He also has two step grandchildren Keriana and Liam. He lived with his companion Dolores Huseman.
He was a life member of the Augustus Lutheran Church, Trappe.
He spent his entire career driving tractor trailer for various companies. He was proud to announce his one millionth mile driven and was close to his two millionth before an injury took him out of the truck. He enjoyed watching baseball following the Philadelphia Phillies faithfully. He enjoyed NASCAR as well.
Services will be a gathering at Dengler Funeral Home 144 N Spruce Street Birdsboro PA 19508 on Friday April 9 2021 from 630-830pm. Then there will be a precession to cemetery on Saturday, April 10, 2021 starting at 9am from Armorcast Rd Birdsboro to grave side service in Trappe.
