K. Elizabeth (Davis) Purcell

K. Elizabeth (Davis) Purcell,85, loving widow of the late John (Jack) D. Purcell passed away Monday August 29, 2022, surrounded by the love of all the hearts she had nurtured in her family.

Born April 10,1937 in Phoenixville PA, she was the daughter of the late William G Davis and Kathleen (Kelly) Davis.

Liz was the Purcell Family caretaker and Matriarch since her marriage May 21,1960. She along with Jack raised four children.. John D. Purcell Jr., married to Amy (Sanseverino) Purcell; William A Purcell married to Mindy (Olock) Purcell; Kathleen  Pantone , married to John A Pantone; and Patricia A Conway, married to Raymond J Conway.

Liz was a cherished friend and Nanny to 11 Grandchildren, in order; Emily (Purcell) West, married to Ian West; Kelly Purcell; Molly (Pantone) Mondoc, married to Tyler Mondoc; Allison (Pantone) Demberger, married to Colton Demberger; Claire Conway; Jack Pantone; Kasey Purcell; Libby Conway; John D. Purcell 3rd; Mere Conway; and Big  Bill Purcell. She was the Great grandmother to Ella Jane West and future Great Grandson, Baby Mondoc.

Liz was devoted to her family and was their greatest supporter.  Lizzy attended all of her grandchildren’s events with great pride and joy. Their joy was her joy. She was always there to laugh, hug, chat and love the entire Purcell Crew.

Liz enjoyed her gardens, and taking care of her property, and the properties of everyone else’s.

No job was too big for her to tackle. She was a dog lover, especially her dogs, Gertie, Sadie and Roxy.

She loved being with her neighbors, helping them,talking,walking and feeding them.

Liz has many dear friends and people who will miss her dearly.

In lieu of flowers please send contributions to Hopwell Love Food Bank. And hug a friend, bake a zucchini bread, or have a chat with a loved one in her honor.
