Joan E. (Walley) Johnson, 87 of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Daniel G. and the late Laraine C. (Kulp) Walley. She was the widow of Robert “Joe” Johnson who passed away in 2022.
Joan spent most of her life as a homemaker, raising and taking care of her family. She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, spending time with her grandchildren, and drives to Lancaster County.
Surviving Joan are 1 son: Todd Johnson, husband of Valerie; 3 daughters: Cindy Reppert, wife of Bill, Sheri Graeff, wife of Bob, Amy Machmer; 2 brothers: Lee and Barry Walley; 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 6 step-great grandchildren.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
