Jeanette E. (Roberts) Weber, 90, of Douglassville, Union Twp., PA passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the Reading Hospital. Born in North Coventry Twp., Chester Co., PA, she was the daughter of the late Warren P. and Maude (Trego) Roberts. She was the widow of Harry A. Weber, who passed away in 2006 after 56 years of marriage.
Jeanette was fond of many things…gardening, traveling with Harry in the fall, riding her lawn tractor until age 85, crocheting, sewing, and her trips to the casino with Harry and also with her sisters. But what brought true joy was her family. She loved being sister, Mom, Nanny and GiGi to each new generation. Visits with her could include teddy bear pancakes, fun games she would invent, family traditions of holiday meals or her annual New Years Eve party with sisters. Family was Jeanette’s life! Her legacy will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Surviving Jeanette are: two daughters: Linda Donovan (Peter), Judy Brisan (Mark); three sisters: Ruth Faust, Shirley Bracken, Marlene Whited; six grandchildren: Scott Weber (Megan), Christi Drumheller (Jake), Heather Stetzer (Tom), Amy Palm (Jeremy), Mark Brisan (Megan), Brad Brisan (Ashley) and twelve great grandchildren: Chloe and Lucas Weber, Dylan and Tyler Drumheller, Evan and Blake Stetzer, Kinsey, Katelyn and Beckett Palm, Avery Brisan, Jackson and Cameron Brisan.
She was predeceased by her son: Donald Weber (Donna) and her siblings: Warren, Paul, Dorothy, Edith, and Mary.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11:00AM at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508, with a viewing held from 10:00AM-11:00AM. Burial will be in Birdsboro Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Birdsboro-Union Fire Dept., 214 W. 1st St. Birdsboro, PA 19508.
