Dorothy A. (Stoudt) Maloney, 98, formerly of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Palmyra Senior Living in Palmyra, PA. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond W. and the late Emma L. (Flessner) Stoudt. She was the widow of Thomas H. Maloney, Jr. who died in 1990.
Dorothy worked for the former Birdsboro Steel Co. for 25 yrs. as a Secretary, retiring in 1988. She was a former member of the American Legion Post 626 Ladies’ Auxiliary and a member of the former Alice Focht United Methodist Church in Birdsboro, PA.
Surviving Dorothy are 1 son: Terry T. Maloney, husband of Rhonda of Shohola, PA; 1 daughter: Susan A. Blosser, wife of Walter of Harrisburg, PA; 1 brother: James R. Stoudt of Birdsboro, PA; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by 2 sisters and 1 brother.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family in Birdsboro Cemetery.
