Deno “Butch” J. Spudeno, 66, of Douglassville, Amity Twp., PA passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at UPMC Pinnacle Hospital in Harrisburg, PA. Born in Scranton, PA, he was the son of the late Frank and Marion P. (Moore) Spudeno. He was the loving husband of Cynthia L. (Reigel) Spudeno.
Butch worked for Stanley G. Flagg’s in Stowe, PA for many years. He also worked in many different departments for Merritt’s Antiques in Douglassville, PA. He enjoyed woodworking, being with family and driving his Allis Chalmers B Tractor. He was a member of Grace Assembly of God in Spring City, PA.
Surviving Butch, along with his wife, Cynthia are: 1 son: Joshua Spudeno, husband of Crystal; 1 daughter: Amanda Snyder, wife of Mitchell; 1 brother: Frank Spudeno; 6 sisters: Nina Mason, Marie Kent, Shirley Hannah, Alberta Depaola, Mamie Kirsch, and Joanne Spudeno; and 5 grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother: Donald Wittenbreder
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00am at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. A viewing will be held on Saturday from 10:15am-11:00am at the funeral home prior to the service. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Amityville, PA.
