Elsie (Schweitzer) Geiger, 103 formerly of Robeson Twp., Berks Co., PA, died on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA.
Born November 6, 1917 in Robeson Twp., PA, she was the daughter of the late Job and Sallie (Thomas) Schweitzer. She was the wife of the late John L. Geiger, died Oct. 22, 1980.
She was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Geigertown, PA.
She had been employed by Twin Valley School District for 20 years as a cafeteria worker and retired in 1980.

Surviving are daughter, Judy E. wife of William D. Davidheiser of Birdsboro, PA; Grandchild – Todd husband of Alicia Geiger, Sinking Spring, PA, Great Grand Child – Evan Geiger, Sinking Spring, PA and a step sister – Jacqueline Calvaresi of Reading, PA.
She was predeceased by 1 son, Eugene L. Geiger, 5 brothers, Walter, Wayne, Norman, Eugene and Lester, Sr., 9 sisters, Katie Zeimer-Remp, Mamie Everhart, Dora Freese, Sallie Burkhart-Cunnius, Mabel Zimmerman, Margaret Bauder, Rhea Strouse, Gertrude Cooper and Bertha Kachel.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Dengler Funeral Home, 144 N. Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA with the funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Interment will be in St. Paul’s United Methodist Church Cemetery, Geigertown, PA.
