Born July 3, 1961 in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Thomas W. Rounsville and Lois (Kunkle) Rounsville.
Timothy had been a Taxicab driver for many years.
Surviving are brother, Thomas F., Sr. husband of Debbi Rounsville of Amity Twp., Berks Co., PA.
