Sarah Elizabeth (Mountz) Heckman, 79 of Robeson Twp., Berks Co., PA died on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Berkshire Center.
Born June 12, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Paul W. Mountz and the late Clara (Hohl) Mountz. She was the wife of Charles D. Heckman.
She was employed by the former Birdsboro Steel, Twin Valley School District and the Holiday Inn, Morgantown, PA.
She was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church.
Surviving along with her husband are daughter, Theresa May wife of Stephen Haigh of Newark, DE, brothers, Paul Mountz of Morgantown, PA and James Mountz of Morgantown, PA, sisters, Shirley Plank of Narvon, PA, Joan Pfeffer of Union Twp., PA, Darleen Melinger of Blue Ball, PA; 1 granddaughter Madison Haigh.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Friday, January 28, 2022, at Harmony United Methodist Church, 740 Harmony Road, Morgantown, PA with the funeral service to begin at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Eric Ressler officiating.
Interment will be in Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery.
