Rufus K. Michael, Jr., 89 of Gibraltar, PA died on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at the Berkshire Center in Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA.
Born March 28, 1931 in Denver, PA, he was the son of the late Rufus K. Michael, Sr. and the late Eva Michael. He was the widower of Jane J. (Ruppert) Michael.
He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Gibraltar, PA.
Surviving are son, Cory A. husband of Brenda Michael of Birdsboro, PA, daughters, Nancy J. wife of Chris Messner of Birdsboro, PA and Lori J. Michael of Gibraltar, PA; 4 grandchildren. Todd, Ross, Courtney and Lauren; 2 great grandchildren, Paisley and Goclynn.
Rufus was predeceased by a brother, Earl and 4 sisters, Beatrice, Miriam, Hazel and Bettie.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Dengler Funeral Home, 144 N. Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM.
