, 94 of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021, at the Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Oscar Myers Huber and Sarah (Foreman) Huber. He was the loving husband of Dorothy E. (Martin) Huber.
Oscar was a Clerk for the former Birdsboro Steel for many years and also worked as a machinist for Kennedy Tool & Dye in Birdsboro. He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Birdsboro, PA where he also taught Sunday School for many years. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #479 F&AM Birdsboro and the Birdsboro American Legion Post # 626. He enjoyed golf, woodworking, and Phillies baseball.
Surviving Oscar, along with his wife, Dorothy are: 1 son: Thomas Huber, husband of Jane of Charlotte, NC; 5 grandchildren: Peter Huber, husband of Laura, Emily Gearheart, wife of John, Ryan Huber, Tyler Huber, and Lauren Huber; 2 great grandchildren: Philip and Abel Huber; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by 1 son: Jason and 1 sister: Jeanette.
Services will be held private at the convenience of the family.
