Joyce F. (Quick) Kocon, 87, of Pottstown, North Coventry Twp., PA passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey and Dorothy (Augustine) Quick. She was the widow of John F. Kocon, Sr.
Joyce was a homemaker most of her life raising, and taking care of her family. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and collecting Raccoons. She was a member of St. Columbkill Catholic Church in Boyertown, PA.
Surviving Joyce are her 5 sons: Edward Kocon, Joseph “Chop” Kocon, Anthony “Tony” Kocon. Andrew Kocon, and John Kocon, Jr.; 5 granchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by 3 brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Columbkill Catholic Church, 200 Indian Spring Rd. Boyertown, PA 19512. Burial will be held in Highland Memorial Park in Pottstown, PA.
