Jean M. (Rohrbach) Dadey, 85 of Reading, PA formerly of Birdsboro died on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Wyomissing Nursing & Rehab Center in Reading, PA.
Born January 31, 1932 in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clinton Amos Rohrbach and the late Mildred Elmanda (Long) Rohrbach.
She had been employed by Godiva Chocolate.
She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Birdsboro, PA. Jean bowled in a women’s league at Bowl ‘O’ Rama for many years, and enjoyed playing tennis and golf.
Surviving are sons, Kevin S. Arters, husband of Deborah of Birdsboro, PA, Kent D. Arters husband of Susan of Reading, PA, daughters, Corinne R. wife of David Bascelli of North Myrtle Beach, SC and Andrea wife of Scott Bracey of Schuylkill Haven, PA, brother, Rodney E. Rohrbach of South Africa, sisters, Virginia (Peg) M. Buchanan of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA, Janice R. Yelenac of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Joyce A. Stoudt of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA; 4 grandchildren, Megan M. Warren, Aaron M. Arters, Brandon S. Arters, and Anasia L. Bracey; 4 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by brother, Ralph C. Rohrbach
A Memorial service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 at Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., 144 N. Spruce Street Birdsboro, PA with the Rev. James T. Farnsworth officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, November 3, 2017, at the funeral home.
