George R. Spotts, 80, formerly of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Manatawny Manor in Pottstown, PA. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late George and Anna K. (McCord) Spotts.
George worked as a fork lift operator for Bachman Pretzels in Reading, PA and also worked for Birdsboro Corp. and Culbro Shoe Factory in Reading. George loved World War II history, and built model cars, trucks, airplanes, etc. He enjoyed attending the Scottish Games in Delaware County.
George is survived by many of his cousins.
A Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 11:00AM at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. A viewing will be from 10:30AM-11:00AM on Tuesday, prior to the service. Burial will be in Birdsboro Cemetery.
