Betty G. (Ashman) Mears, 91, formerly of Springfield, Delaware Co., PA, passed away on November 12, 2020 at Season’s Hospice in Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Margaret (Hoppe) Ashman. She was the widow of Warren K. Mears.
Betty worked as a bookkeeper for dry-cleaning businesses in Philadelphia, PA. She always enjoyed going shopping.
Surviving Betty are: 1 daughter: Patricia M. Evans, wife of James Baer of Exeter Twp., PA; 2 grandchildren: Jonathon R. Evans, Patrick Alan Evans; and 2 great grandchildren: Jordyn and Jensen.
She was predeceased by her brother: Harold Ashman.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
