William Charles Mintzer, 83, of Elverson, Chester Co., PA passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Paoli Hospital. Born in Shamokin, PA, he was the son of the late William E. Mintzer and the late Mae (Rogers) Lake. He was the widower of Edna A. (Rummel) Mintzer. William worked most of his life as an entrepreneur. He loved cars, woodworking, and spending time with his granddaughters, telling them jokes. Bill also enjoyed the taste of a good beer.
Surviving William is his daughter: Brenda L. Sears, wife of Phil Sears, III of Glenmoore, PA; son: William C. Mintzer, husband of Carol Mintzer of Pottstown, PA; brother: Craig Mintzer; and 3 grandchildren: Katherine L. Sears, Diana M. Sears, and Linda M. Mintzer.
Services will be held privately by the family.
