Theodore Lee Whisler, 75 of Mohnton, PA died on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at Penn State Health-St. Joseph in Bern Twp., Berks Co., PA.
Born August 5, 1946, he was the son of the late Reynold Thomas Whisler and the late Mary Dollene (Weekley) Whisler. He was the husband of Debra Ann (Dolenti) Whisler.
He was employed by the former Recticon Enterprises Inc., Pottstown, PA.
Ted was a member of Calvary Bible Fellowship, Sinking Spring, PA.
He served as a SP5 (P) in the Army from 1964 until 1967. He was a Veteran of Vietnam.
Ted was involved as a Bible study teacher before his accident at his former church, Open Bible Baptist Church, Mt. Penn and was an Awana Club leader. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, Phillies on the radio and reading.

Whisler of Philadelphia, PA, Andrew L. husband of Jenny Whisler of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA, Matthew L. husband of Yazilenia Whisler of Colorado Springs, CO, Paul S. Whisler of Mohnton, PA, Peter S. Whisler of Womelsdorf, PA, Nathan T. husband of Alicia Whisler of Mohnton, PA and John M. husband of Valerie Whisler of Blandon, PA, sisters, Susan Bush and Jane Hopple of Boyertown, PA; 7 grandchildren, John Jr., Luke, Alexander, Logan, Elizabeth, Aubrey, Gabriella; Stepbrother – Dennis Ladjanski, Stowe, PA, Stepsister – Denise Hughes, Pottstown, PA,
He was predeceased by sister, Pamela Dinnocenti.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, January 7, 2022, at Dengler Funeral Home, 144 N. Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA with the funeral to follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. S. Wayne Rissmiller officiating.
