On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, Terrence H. McCoy, husband of the late Joyce E. McCoy, passed away at the age of 85 at his home with family by his side.
He was born in Reading, PA to the late Daniel H. McCoy and Deborah (Hartline) McCoy. Terry was a 1954 graduate of Mt. Penn High School and was married to the love of his life, Joyce, for 63 years and they raised four children together.
Terry was a co-owner of Eagle Maintenance with his loving wife, for many successful years. He was a Past Master of Union Lodge #479 F & AM in 1986 and a member of the Reading Consistory and Past President of the Birdsboro Lions Club.
Terry was predeceased by his sister, Sylvia Leinbach and brother, Richard McCoy. He is survived by his four children, Jeff McCoy Sr, (Morgantown, PA) , Karen McCoy, (Gallatin, TN), Bryan (Julie) McCoy, Jamestown, NY, and Kim (Scott) Verrinder, Birdsboro, PA, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and brother, Eugene McCoy, Englewood, FL.
Private burial will be held at Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to The Masonic Lodge #479, Washington St and W 2nd Ave, Birdsboro, PA 19508 or Wounded Warrior Project www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate
