Sharon Marie (Bernet) Matthews, 70 of Birdsboro, Amity Twp., PA, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, in the comfort of her home. She was born in Amity Twp., the daughter of the late Arthur C. and Betty Ruth (Rohrbach) Bernet. She was the loving wife of Randy S. Matthews.
Sharon spent most of her life as a homemaker, taking care of her household and raising her 4 children. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her dog.
Surviving Sharon, along with her husband, Randy, are 2 sons: Randy Robison of Amity Twp., PA, Arthur Matthews of Amity Twp.; 2 daughters: Jessica Rhine of Amity Twp., Kristi Roberts of Amity Twp.; 2 sisters: Kathy E. Bernet of Amity Twp., and Robin R. Bernet of Amity Twp.; and 9 grandchildren; and 2 great granddaughters.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 11:00AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday before the service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park in Reiffton, PA.
