Nancy L. (Crouse) Jackle, 95, formerly of Springfield, PA passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in Season’s Hospice at Phoenixville Hospital. She was born in Thomasville, NC, the daughter of Mamie Ree Sullivan & Melvin Worley Crouse, Sr. She was the widow of Harry R. Jackle.
Nancy was known to her friends as “Pat”. Pat devoted her life to her family, the key to her happiness. She especially loved holidays & celebrations which brought everyone together. Raising her children with Christian values & a focus on church was very important to Pat. She was a devoted member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Springfield Delaware County. Pat enjoyed bowling, playing cards and family vacations to Fenwick Island Delaware.
Surviving Pat are 1 son: Robert A. Jackle, husband of Marianne of Lincoln University, PA; 1 daughter: Nancy J. Centrella, wife of Richard of Hazleton, PA; 6 grandchildren: Katie LeGrand, Kyle Centrella, Kacey Littman, Samantha Jackle, CJ Brooks, and Connor Jackle; and 4 great grandchildren: Audrey LeGrand, Parker LeGrand, Tessa Littman, and Calvin Centrella.
She was predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Anna “Jean” Withers, Louise Langford, Jack Crouse, Melvin “Buck” Crouse & George Crouse.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family at this time.
