Margaret B. (Painter) Johnson, 94, formerly of Emmaus, PA passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021at the Whitehall Manor in Whitehall, PA. She was born in Birdsboro, PA, the daughter of the late Harry Melvin and Emma (Myers) Painter. She was the widow of Paul Johnson.
Margaret was a member of the former Alice Focht Church in Birdsboro, PA. She enjoyed playing cards and taking care of animals.
Surviving Margaret are: 1 son: William Harry Johnson, 1 daughter-in-law: Judy Johnson; 2 grandchildren: Ronald Johnson, Katrina Harman; 8 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
She was predeceased by 2 sons: Terry and Ronald Johnson; brother: Harry Paul Painter; and sister: Elizabeth Peifer.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday evening, January 13, 2021 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. Burial will be on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 11:00AM at Birdsboro Cemetery, 1018 E. Main St. Birdsboro, PA 19508.
