Linda Ann (Horgas) Bardi, 73 of Douglassville, PA died on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Penn State Health-St. Joseph in Bern Twp., Berks Co., PA.
Born November 6, 1949 in Philipsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Paul Horgas and the late Mary Frances (Witosky) Horgas. She married her husband, Deacon James Alfred Bardi on October 7, 1972.
She had worked for 25 years before retiring from M&T Bank, Birdsboro, PA.
Linda was a member of Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church and the Women’s Society at Immaculate Conception.
She loved her children and grandchildren. Linda had a heart of gold.
Surviving along with her husband are children, Maria C. wife of Robert Simon of Mohnton, PA, Ryan J. husband of Kelli Bardi of Shillington, PA and David J. Bardi of Reading, PA, siblings, Marie Elaine Marhefka, Joseph Horgas, Carole Roman, Catherine Kerfoot, John Horgas, Jr., William Horgas, James Richard Horgas and Rev. Robert Horgas, and; 5 grandchildren, Benjamin, Sophia, Matthew, Natalie and Keira.
She was predeceased by sister, Theresa Horgas.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Dengler Funeral Home, 144 N. Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA and Monday, February 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Immaculate Conception RC Church, 905 Chestnut Street, Douglassville (Union Twp.), Berks Co., PA. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 AM.
Interment will be in Immaculate Conception R. C. Cemetery, Douglassville, PA.
