Frank A. Wunderlich, 84, of Douglassville, Amity Twp., PA passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the Pottstown Hospital. Born in South Coventry Twp., PA he was the son of the late Garson W. Wunderlich, Sr. and Cora (Dilworth) Wunderlich. He was the husband of Marion L. (Dilliplaine) Wunderlich.
Frank worked as a maintenance mechanic for Stanley G. Flagg in Stowe, PA and also worked part-time for Manor Equipment in Mohnton, PA. He enjoyed fishing and country line dancing, a member of Reading Country Dancers and Side Kickers in MD. In his younger years he was a modified racecar driver at Grandview Speedway. Frank was a Veteran serving our country in the US Navy, and he was a member of Shoemakersville Fire Co. Frank loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving Frank, along with his wife, Marion are: 2 sons: Michael Wunderlich, husband of Sue of Douglassville, PA, Allen Wunderlich, husband of Colleen of Milton, DE; 2 daughters: Sandra Black of Shillington, PA, Theresa Bill of Charlotte, NC; 2 sisters: Joyce Yergey of Boyertown, PA, Anna Mae Dilliplaine of Cheyenne, WY; 3 grandchildren: Jeremy Wunderlich, husband of Sherri, Joel Wunderlich, husband of Brooke, Kendra Ruffner; and 3 great grandchildren: Bryce, Trent, and Makenzy.
He was predeceased by 2 brothers: David Wunderlich and Garson Wunderlich, Jr.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
