Though David spent most of his career at the Reading Hospital, his professional life was firmly rooted in education. He began as a geography teacher and concluded as an instructor at the Reading Area Community College, leaving a lasting impact on countless students.
Surviving David, along with his wife, Victoria, are his children: Pete Mollura, husband of Andrea of Sinking Spring, PA, Lisa Mollura-Bowe, wife of Scott Bowe of Wynnewood, PA, Michael Mollura, husband of Crystal Smith of Flying Hills, PA; 2 brothers: Daniel Mollura of Johnstown, PA and Andrew Mollura of Lewes, DE; and 4 grandchildren: Sofia and Isabella Mollura and Bennett and Veronica Bowe.
David’s true joy came from spending time with family and close friends. Whether gathered around the dinner table or enjoying Cape May, he cherished moments of togetherness. David was often heard asking his favorite question: “When do we eat?” This simple phrase encapsulated his appreciation for shared meals with loved ones. He also enjoyed photography, baking bread, web design, and traveling.
