Betty Ruth (Rohrbach) Bernet, 91 of Amity Twp., Berks Co., PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Reading Hospital – Tower Health surrounded by family. She was the loving wife of Arthur C. Bernet who died June 24, 2007.
Born on August 10, 1927 in Reiffton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Esther (Boyer) Rohrbach.
Betty married her best friend, Arthur C. Burnet on March 23, 1946. Betty and Art owned and operated three businesses in Amity Township, for 43 years. She was a member of the seventh Day Adventist Church in Pottstown, PA. Betty enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved flowers, and sharing fond memories of her loving husband Art.
Betty was blessed with a large and loving family. Betty is survived by 3 Daughters; Kathy E. Bernet of Birdsboro, PA, Sharon M. Matthews of Birdsboro, PA, Robin R. Bernet of Douglassville, PA,. Betty had 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.

A Viewing will be held at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., 144 North Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM with a Funeral Service to follow. Pastor Tom Stone will be officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA
