Willis Lester Everhart, 86 of Elmcroft of Reading, formerly of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at Reading Hospital, West Reading, PA.
Born September 17, 1932 in Robeson Twp., Berks Co., PA, he was the son of the late Lester Everhart and the late Mamie L. (Schweitzer) Everhart.
He was the widower of Erma (Burkhart) Everhart, who died Feb. 5, 1993
Willis was employed as a Millworker by F.M. Brown & Sons for 37 years before retiring in June 1993. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He was a member of Robeson Lutheran Church, Plowville, PA.
Surviving are son; Danny W. Everhart of Birdsboro, PA, daughter; Donna L. wife of Clyde E. Lowery of Birdsboro, PA, sister; Bessie Mae Habecker of Robeson Twp., PA; 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by sister; Beatrice (Everhart) Lingle and granddaughter; Kristi Lim.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
