Virginia L. D’Augustine

Virginia (Leinbach) D’Augustine, 84, of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA died on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at the Reading Hospital & Med. Center. Born in Birdsboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Marie (Slipp) Leinbach.

Virginia was employed by the former Bortz Chocolate Co. and also worked for Live N Learn Smile Center in Birdsboro. She enjoyed ceramics and gardening, as well as, taking care of her grandchildren.

Virginia is survived by 2 sons: John L. D’Augustine, III of Exeter Twp., PA, and Scott T. D’Augustine of Exeter Twp., PA; 3 grandchildren: Jordan M. D’Augustine, Scott T. D’Augustine, Jr., and Nicole B. D’Augustine. She is also survived by: 2 nieces: Sharon Leinbach of Boyertown, PA and Jenn Brown of Birdsboro, PA; and 1 nephew: Jeff Leinbach of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Virginia is predeceased by 1 brother: William B. Leinbach.

A funeral service will be held at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be held an hour before the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Birdsboro Cemetery.
