Victor Ernesto Gonzalez, 43 of Douglassville Amity Twp., PA passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020, in the comfort of his home. Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Victor L. Gonzalez and Rosalind E. (Juraschka) Gonzalez of East Rutherford, NJ. He was the loving husband of Lori M. (Pelgorsch) Gonzalez.
Victor was employed by Exelon Corp. at the Limerick Power Generating Station as an Emergency Preparedness Manager. He was a member of Immaculate Conception BVMRC Church where he started a Men’s Group, taught CCD, and was very involved with the church, and he participated in many mission trips. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Victor served our country in the Armed Forces in the US Navy. He loved coaching his children in youth sports and spending time with friends and family.
Surviving along with his wife, Lori, are 1 son: Victor B. Gonzalez and 1 daughter: Brianna E. Gonzalez, both at home; 2 brothers: Daniel Gonzalez of Lyndhurst, NJ and Christopher Gonzalez of Berlin, NJ, and many nieces and nephews..
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at Immaculate Conception BVMRC Church, 905 Chestnut St. Douglassville (Union Twp.), PA 19518 with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception RC Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church, 905 Chestnut St. Douglassville, PA 19518
