Stephen P. Pacharis, 75, of Birdsboro, PA passed away on September 30, 2018, at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late John and Alberta (Lipsky) Pacharis. He was the husband of Michele J. (Scherl) Pacharis.
Stephen worked as a tool & die maker for Agere Systems in Reading, PA, retiring in 2002. He was a member of Mohnton Rod and Gun Club and South Birdsboro Archery, Rod, and Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved to shoot. He served our country in the US Navy.
Surviving Stephen are: 1 son: Michael J. Pacharis, husband of Kelly of Temecula, CA; 1 daughter: Michele J., wife of Frank Najera of Alburtis, PA; 3 brothers: Lawrence, husband of Margaret Pacharis of Reading, PA, Robert, husband of Patricia Pacharis of Reading, PA, and David, husband of Barbara Pacharis of Reading, PA. He is survived by 6 grandchildren: Connor, Ryan, Lindsay, Stephen III, Brendan, and Preston.
He was predeceased by a son: Stephen P. Pacharis, Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 North Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA at 10:00am.
