Robert Lee “Hutch” Hutchinson, 70, of Amity Twp., PA passed away on August 21st, 2017, peacefully in his home.
Bob was the loving and devoted husband of Barbara Ellen (Guida) Hutchinson. He provided unconditional love and support to his 2 daughters Jackie A. wife of Ray Price of Chuluota, FL., and Kelly N. wife of Patrick Gidich of West Chester, PA. He will be affectionally remembered as “Boompa” by his 3 grandchildren; Sean Crosby, Caitlin Price, and Olivia Gidich. Uncle Bob was a father figure his nieces and nephews, and he was a big brother to Mark and David Guida.
He enjoyed all life had to offer including fishing, boating, golfing, woodworking, music, playing cards, and was a passionate Philly sports fan. Robert was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Navy.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 5-6 PM at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. 144 N. Spruce St., Birdsboro, PA 19508. Friends and guests are welcome to continue to honor “Hutch” at the Hutchinson residence immediately following the celebration.
