Margaret Ann (Moore) Reidy, 86 of Amity Twp., Berks Co., PA, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born March 14, 1932 in Oak Park, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Eldon Moore and Margaret (Higgins) Moore.
She was the widow of William Joseph Reidy, Jr., who died Aug. 1, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her brother Robert B. Moore and sister Alice M. Clark
Margaret was a member of Immaculate Conception BVMRCC, Our Lady’s Missionaries of the Eucharist, multiple prayer groups at church and helped with meals on wheels.
She is survived by 2 daughters; Geri M. Drake of Downingtown, PA, Jennifer M. wife of Gerald Overdorf, Jr, of Douglassville, PA, 2 sons; William J. Reidy, III husband of Linda of Downingtown, PA, John J. husband of Dianne Reidy of Exton, PA, 1 brother, Donald Moore, 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Immaculate Conception BVMRCC , 905 Chestnut Street, Douglassville, (Union Twp.) PA.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM for viewing prior to services.
Interment will be in Immaculate Conception R. C. Cemetery, Birdsboro, PA.
