On Friday March 3, 2017 our dearest love at the age of 27 Jon W. Cleaver, II succumbed to his addiction to heroin. Before his addiction he had a bright future ahead of him. He graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and looked forward to a great life. But drugs stole that away from him. He will be missed greatly by his mother Sandra Rapak of Robinson Township, his aunt Lynn Cleaver of Union Township and his siblings Clarisa Copeland and James Wynn of Sebring, FL. He was preceded in death by his father Jon W. Cleaver.

Friends and family are invited to the viewing on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM with the funeral service to follow at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., 144 N. Spruce St., Birdsboro, PA.
