John “Jack” Henry Detweiler, 88 of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center in West Reading, PA.
Born December 18, 1929 in Pottstown, PA, he was the son of the late John Detweiler and the late Edna (Gauger) Detweiler. He was the husband of the late Pauline (Figaniak) Detweiler.
Jack was the former Owner of Jack & Sons Auto Body, Birdsboro, PA. from 1969 to 1992
Surviving are sons; Gerald J. husband of Joyce Detweiler of Birdsboro, PA, Perry P. husband of Debra Detweiler of Exeter Twp., PA, daughters; Patti D. wife of George Zook of Birdsboro, PA, Jacqueline (Detweiler) Hinkel of Reading, PA, companion; Barbara Soos of Exeter Twp., PA, 7 grandchildren; John, Jenna, Ian, and Brett Detweiler, Kara Hinkel, George and Jeremy Zook, 3 great grandchildren; Vivian, Carter, and Lilian.
He was predeceased by brothers; Marvin and William Detweiler, and sister; Kathryn Marsteller.
