Joanne M. (Marsteller) Ferreri, 74, of Amity Twp., Berks Co., PA passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017, at the Reading Hospital & Med. Center. Born September 25, 1942 in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edwin & Adeline R. (Smith) Marsteller. She was the widow of Michael A. Ferreri.
Joanne was a Banker for most of her life, working for the former National Bank of Boyertown & Bank of Pennsylvania in Reading. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Douglassville, PA.
Surviving is son: Michael A. Ferreri of Brooklyn, NY; daughter: Beth A. Ferreri, of, Lower Alsace Twp.; sister: Elizabeth High, of Amity Twp.; 3 grandchildren: Petty Officer 1st Class (AW/EXW) Adam Rice USN, husband of Lynn, Summer E. Rice, Jocelyn M. Rice; and 3 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by 3 sisters.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 548 Old Swede Rd., Douglassville, PA 19518 on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Building Fund at the above address.
