Jason “Jay” Myers Huber

Jason “Jay” Myers Huber, 61 of Birdsboro, PA, died on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Reading Hospital Emergency Room.

Born August 22, 1957 in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Oscar Myers Huber and Dorothy Eleanor (Martin) Huber with whom he resided.

He was the husband of Tammy Lynn (Romig) Huber of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA.

He was employed by Kennedy Tool & Die, Birdsboro as a machinist for 40 years.

Surviving along with his parents and wife are sons, Ryan Jason Huber of Arlington, VA and Tyler Myers Huber of Lancaster, PA, daughter, Lauren Carol Huber of Exeter, PA, brother, Thomas Martin Huber of Banner Elk, North Carolina and his wife Jane Huber.

Jason attended St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Birdsboro, PA. He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Phillies and used to play softball in his younger years. Jay loved watching his children’s sporting events and activities. He also enjoyed racing go-karts and won dozens of races throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at the Dengler Funeral Home, 144 N. Spruce Street, Birdsboro, PA, a funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Gibraltar, PA.
